Want to help with donating a prize to be given away?
Not only does a portion of each registration fee go towards purchasing prizes to be given away but attendees can also contribute with separate donations.
Your generosity is most appreciated and therefore each donation receives an entry into special separate drawings.
What can you donate?
There are any numerous ways to donate BUT, there are a few guidelines to follow...
Donation drawings will be based on the overall value of your donation/s. You'll receive 1 ticket for every $25 value.
There will be at least 2 winners of prizes TBD.
Do you wish to donate but are unable to attend or have prior obligations that weekend?
Let us know along with your donation and you'll be entered into a separate drawing
just for non-attendees. You'll receive 1 ticket for every $25 value.
There will be 1 winner of a prize et TBD.
If your group or club is making a donation collectively, please include full information about the club along with that of a representative of the club.
There will be a separate drawing for Club donations which is yet to be determined but will be something that your club can perhaps raffle off.
It saves a lot of time and confusion if you mail or ship your donations ahead of the event as we can then log it in and have your tickets waiting for you in your registration packet versus waiting in line at the event.

Our charity is the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. We know of course they are in need of non-perishables but will update here and on Facebook when we receive a list of some of the other items they could use.
We will be giving 1 ticket for every 5 items donated. Prizes are TBD yet.
