We have acquired a 2000sq' separate lockable space for vendors right across the hall from the ballroom with space for at lease 10-12 comfortably. The space will be available for set up on Thursday 10/19 and break down by 5pm on Sunday to allow you the maximum exposure.
We are expecting up to 250 and reccomentd that you have a 'partner' with you at your booth to assist you and to keep the crowd flowing.
You're more than welcome to conduct business anytime during the weekend except for during the Friday Reception/Meet & Greet or the Saturday night banquet.
Vendor pricing is $100 for the entire weekend for 1 table/space. Vendor space is allocated on a first come bases and the separate 'Vendors' form must be included with payment & registration. If room allows and you wish to extend to a 2nd table spacing, $50 additional will be collected at the event. Vendors are more than welcome to give away prizes and hold their own promotions.
