From Attendees...

Want to help with donating a prize to be given away?

Not only does a portion of each registration fee go towards purchasing prizes to be given away but attendees can also contribute with separate donations.

Your generosity is most appreciated and therefore each donation receives an entry into special separate drawings.

What can you donate?

  • Cash.
  • Gift cards.
  • Prize baskets.
  • Prizes you've won but don't have the need for.
  • A meal at the hotel restaurant.
  • Pick up the price of a room night  at the hotel...

There are any numerous ways to donate BUT,  there are a few guidelines to follow...

Guidelines for Donations

  • All donated items must be new and unused and in their original packaging.
  • Any Gift Cards must be for a National brand, new and preferably with its activation slip, placed in a sealed envelope with giver's contact info as well as the type of card, amount and name of giver outside the envelope.
  • Cash donations should be in a sealed envelope. Include a card inside with the giver's contact info as well as the amount on the outside and name of giver.
  • No checks allowed except to Carolina Sweepers Club, LLC if you wish us to purchase a gift or gift card on your behalf or as a donation for us to utilize as we see fit. Please specify your intentions.
  • Donated prize baskets are different than those entered in the Basket Competition and are not registered ahead of time.
  • The minimum value of a cash, gift card or prize donation is $25.

Drawings For Individual Donations

Donation drawings will be based on the overall value of your donation/s.

  • $25 value or donation will receive 1 entry for (1 of 4) Level 1 Prizes. (TBD)
  • $50 value or donation will receive an entry for (1 of 2) Level 2 Prizes. (TBD)
  • $100 value or donation will receive an entry for an iPad mini.

Group & Club Donations...

If your group or club is making a donation collectively, please include full information about the club along with that of a representative of the club.

There will be a separate drawing for Club donations which is yet to be determined but will be something that your club can perhaps raffle off.

We are collecting donations for 2 local charities...Any donations big or small will be appreciated.

In order to save time and space allowed, each person placing a donation of any size will receive a single ticket for a chance to win 1 of 8 $25 gift cards or (1) $50 gift card.

1) Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina

Food Items:

  • Canned Fish or Meat
  • Peanut Butter
  • Pasta
  • Canned or Dry Beans
  • Soups
  • Canned Fruits in Juice
  • Canned Veggies - low sodium
  • Whole Grain Cereals

Non-Food Items:

  • Paper Products
  • Cleaning Supplies
  • Personal Hygiene Items
  • Diapers - size 3 & up

2) Safe Alliance Woman's Shelter

  • Shampoos, Conditioners, bath products (all small sizes!)
  • Diapers - size 3 & larger
  • Twin Bedding
  • Paper Products
  • Cleaning Products
  • Misc Personal Hygiene Items
